Simple Tool for Managing Sales
What do you like best? I love the simplicity of Pipedrive. It does not overcomplicate our sales management which is great because we are never working with hundreds of leads at a time. Getting your CRM and tasks in order
What do you like best? It's simple to use, very intuitive and easy to keep track of your leads What do you dislike? Great for simple tracking of clients and prospects
What do you like best? Great for pulling quick ad-hoc reports. When tracking membership levels and viewing a simple timeline of activities related to each client, Pipedrive works incredibly well. What do you dislike? It is not very robust. No tools as far as I can tell to track major trends or view activity at an aggregated level, at least in the basic version that we use. A great tool for sales
What do you like best? I can keep track of each deal, businness and even phone calls we make! What do you dislike? We had a little trouble uploading our clients data base, so we had to re-enter all of them one by one. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Great organisation for a CRM ready to use in minutes
What do you like best? Their visual pipeline dashboard is great. You can define as many pipelines you need depending on you different sales cycles. What do you dislike? Integration with gmail is done through an email sync. You either get to many emails (newletters and so on... or miss some if you only sync some categories. Best Pick for Smaller Businesses
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Previously I used Saleforce and some other CRMs. I have found Pipedrive the easiest among them all. It's simple and has everything I need.
