Easy to use, very complete platform

What do you like best? Pipedrive is easy to store all your data and keep track of sales that are pending, cancelled, etc. What do you dislike? I don't dislike much, maybe it should be cheaper. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Organization, most definitely. Everybody in the office knows whats going on, what sales were approved or not.

What do you like best? As soon as you complete an action, Pipedrive prompts you to think about what you need to do next and schedule it in. This helps to actively manage workflow. What do you dislike? If you have multiple potential deals with one organisation, you need to take care to keep communications separate by starting a new thread. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? It is simple all the way. You do not require much training to get the hang of things with this tool. It integrates well with other sales tools to give a seamless solution for your sales problem. What do you like best? Easy to use, keeps everything in one place when it comes to keeping track of where my prospects are from the time I meet them until the time I close their business.
