Pipedrive is very easy to use, easy to train team members how to use. It customizable to suit your business personal needs and feedback from employees help to tailor it to everyone. Each user has their own deals and as an administrator I see everything with helps to manage. Very simple and it integrates with other software applications making it very portable. Thumbs up all the way!

Decent starter CRM
What do you like best? Easy to use. Great for a small-ish sales team What do you dislike? Reporting limitations. As a result it's not a great tool yet for account management What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Sales and Account Management

A great CRM for a agency.
What do you like best? I love the pipeline view and how clean the interface is. What do you dislike? I wish the dashboard had a better UI and displayed our forecasts, and revenue cleaner. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We have a ton of inbound and outbound leads, we needed to properly segragate both and they both go through different sales life cycles.

The best way to have a good sales process

Easy to use. simple to adapt. easy integration with other applications. excellent mobile App. excellent integration with Google GSuite for enterprise What do you dislike? better develop the functionalities of products. I think it offers little for companies that sell products with price lists, discounts and other options.
