FINALLY! An easy CRM.

What do you like best? The mobile app is stellar. Less clicks to get information entered into the system, and also easily integrates with multiple applications. What do you dislike? I don't really have any complaints. I really like this application. Recommendations to others considering the product Love it! Don't be afraid to take the plunge. Great Product- Easy to use

What do you like best? Very simple to use interface, and just the right amount of customization. Also love that you can shift views from chart to list. What do you dislike? Don't like the limited ability to customize different users having different pipelines. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Definitely helps me keep track of all my open leads, and know where each stage is.

Easy to use

What do you like best? Pipedrive is simple to use and allows you to track different pipelines (direct sales, partnerships etc. Unlike other CRMs, there isn’t a huge learning curve. What do you dislike? I’d like to see more reporting capabilities in the future. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Simple and lightweight way to track sales funnel.

This software is an all in one package for our small business.

What do you like best? The best thing about Pipe Drive is that our entire company can work collectively on projects. There is no lapse in communication because of missed email chains or other lapses. PipeDrive keeps all information for each deal centrally located for max efficiency and productivity. What do you dislike? Worst customer service I've ever had

the system itself is very easy to use - and there's some nice features but what has always let it down is their customer service which has gotten appalling. I have, on more than one occasion, had to make formal complaints about customer service reps rudeness when dealing with me. Other frustrations include the time it takes to resolve any problem. Pipedrive is a great sales management platform i recommend for businesses of all sizes

Pipedrive is a great sales management tool. Our sales team use it to keep a track of prospective clients and ongoing deals and are able to easily keep track of our own sales pipelines and what's going on with our colleagues. I primarily use the desktop version but the iOS app is really handy for keeping things up to date while eon the road.
