A good system with much room for improvement.
What do you like best? Pipedrive is a good system for reminding you when its time to reach out to a contact for follow up. When using the app, it seamlessly integrates your email, calls and texts so you can reach your contact by simply tapping the hyperlinked number or email address. What do you dislike? I have had a significant amount of trouble trying to upload spreadsheets into the system as individual files. When uploading, it will randomly assign the leads to incorrect location. ...

What do you like best? Pipedrive is relatively easy to use once it's setup, and offers quite a few customization options to fit into your existing processes instead of forcing you to abide by a defined structure as many other CRMs do. CRM software that's easy to use and easy to train
What do you like best? Pipedrive is a very user-friendly platform and it is easy to teach your salespeople as well as others. The integrations of so many different programs proves to be a great business tool. I mostly coordinate mine with my drip campaigns. You can log every single activity that is done with a customer as well as have the phone calls and voicemails recorded if you have just call integraded with pipedrive itself. Easy to use, freat organization
What do you like best? I like how Pipedrive keeps you on track with a linear step-by-step progression of each deal, and provides reminders so that nothing can get list in the shuffle. Also, its integration with PandaDoc is a great thing for us. Perhaps best of all, you can use it on a mobile device, as well. What do you dislike? Good CRM for Small Businesses
What do you like best? The deal dashboard is pretty good, the report function is also pretty complete. You can also synchronize your email account and pipedrive to have all communication automatically uploaded into the CRM. The notifications can also be synchronized with Gmail or whichever email server you use to have alerts for important meetings or phone calls. What do you dislike? What do you like best? It's very easy to setup and intuitive, great value for the price, and an overall good CRM for those who are new to CRMs. What do you dislike?
