Worst customer service in the industry.

Pipedrive may have gained a large user base because it's UX is high quality, but, it has a lot of problems techwise that are challenging to solve because it has the absolutely worse customer service in the industry. My client's business relies on PD to run, and they've had ongoing tech issues for close to a month now. It makes the sales process easy

What do you like best? It's easy to use and the interface is very intuitive. The sales pipeline is great, it helps me to keep track of every stage of the sales process in a visual manner, and knowing in which stage of the process a deal is and how much time it takes from taking a lead into a sale. The activities management keeps me attentive of every deal and helps me put extra effort in closing a sale, and it provides my sales manager of a record of my daily work. What do you dislike? ...

Good for small teams that are not very tech savvy

What do you like best? Pipedrive is simple to use. It can be picked up by most people rather quickly to log their day to day flow of a sales funnel. What do you dislike? Reporting is terrible, difficult to sort, and integrations are limited without using zapier. Very little of the program goes beyond what could be done with smart spreadsheets, a trello board or notes on a wall. What do you like best? Pipedrive is really awesome for its simplicity and value for everyone on our team. It tends to use the simplest solution and the fastest way to achieve the goal. Best customer services I had so far!

What do you like best? The platform is really user friendly and there's a lot of fields that can be personalized. We have a really big list of customers and it handle it without problem. They also have the best customer service I ever see. really helpful and fast answer. - What do you dislike?
