I have used many CRM apps.

I have used many CRM apps and software based. This is by far, the easiest to use that I have come across. It is very powerful, very visual, and the best part about it? You can customize every aspect of the interface. Being in the retail design/build industry, its very hard to find a CRM that actually fits with what it is we need in a CRM. Pipedrive feels as though it was made for my industry. Love it!!
