Best investment I ever made in my…
Best investment I ever made in my company. It has singlehandedly allowed me to stay on top of more leads with the email sync and morning email reminders. I explored many other CRMs before going with Pipedrive and I can say for a small team, nothing beats it.

Not very straighforward
What do you like best? It's easy to integrate it with your email inbox and you can send messages directly via PipeDrive. What do you dislike? Navigation is quite complicated, no straight forward ways to accomplish tasks. Adding a follow up task, question, note, call etc. couldn't be more complicated. The side view of calendar while adding the tasks in makes it look as if the follow up task reminder I am adding for myself will get send to the lead as a calendar invitation. Major anxiety ...

Easy - Affordable - Great email tracking!
Easy, affordable and provides great tracking! Love the ability to see when someone opens an email - appreciate the update emails that can be sent to managers - it makes for a more informed team with a lot less communication on the phone -- intuitive - there is almost no apprehension by sales people - they embrace it because it makes a huge difference in their productivity (and commissions!

I love the service
I love the service. It's Great, with the potential to be Excellent. Good value for the amount of money paid each month to use Pipedrive. Very low learning curve...I was up and running in just a couple of days. I would like to see more third party integrations, specifically with RingCentral, a popular VOIP provider. Also, I would like for there to be a change in the settings with the Timezone. Currently the Timezone is automatic and pulls from a user's IP address without the ability to make ...

Great sales tool!
Great sales tool that helps me stay organized and on top of activities without being overwhelmed. It is specific to the sales industry and I therefore have other apps for operations and administrative duties, but overall a great product.
