Exactly What We Needed
What do you like best? Integration. I'm extremely impressed by the integration options that Pipedrive has, which has allowed me to really streamline our sales processes. We moved from Salesforce to Pipedrive because it had exactly what we needed and nothing more, with the allowance of integration from other applications to cover other specific needs. Pipedrive is an exceptional tool for sales managers
What do you like best? Of the best CRM tools, you do not have to envy any of them, our sales promoters developed the best sales capacity in their departments after the use of Pipedrive. This program feels like it was created by a sales manager and direct to all sales staff. What do you dislike? PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I heard about it somewhere and started using Pipedrive. I must say it's a really cool software. Easy interface gets you going straight away. Everything is highly visible and I know exactly what areas to work on. Exporting data from CSV is a big plus point for me. It helps me while reporting. Very good software to support sales teams
What do you like best? Pipedrive enforces you to keep always do a follow up task for an opportunity once the previous task was marked as done. No customer gets forgotten. What do you dislike? There is not much to dislike about pipedrivv. I was with a 'big name' CRM but due to…
I was with a 'big name' CRM but due to their awful customer service we had to find a new one. There are so many CRMs out there that appear exactly the same but Pipedrive's customer service was by far the best which led me to pick them above Salesmate, Zoho and the others. Any issues I've had were instantly taken care of and solved. On top of that, the price is affordable and everything is much easier to do.

Very helpful in tracking progress
What do you like best? It is a well organised , customizable and easy to use. This software will help any size of company whether it be small or big. It helps stream line the sales process.It helps keep track of your activity with customers either it be a call , meeting or just an email. Simplicity of use and good integrations
What do you like best? The design of Pipedrive makes it very easy to set up and start using, no matter the size of the team. As it is integratede (natively or via zapier with a lot of our marketing tools, it allows us to streamline the marketing / sales process all the while keeping it simple.
