Would definitely recommend
Have a great experience using the pipedrive. Makes our daily work much easier. Easy to track activities, and very user-friendly. Besides that, I think its very comfortable layout, as it does not make your eyes tired after all day working by the computer (some other similar tools are not comfortable to work with just because of this simple reason. Of course, there is always a room for improvement. However, would definitely recommend.

Excellent Simple CRM
Excellent simple CRM. Easy for my sales staff to pick up and use immediately. Email integration is nice for tracking conversations. More control over permissions would be nice, but not ready for the steep upgrade to get it.

Pipedrive I like a lot and makes it easy to follow the sales process. I do think the items that you add to the customer and notes could be easier to see, search for. Also, sometimes it locks up when I am putting in new customer data or something like that. Other than that, I think it is a great tool.
