Excellent Customization in Pipedrive

I like Pipedrive in that it has the ability to be in sync with other platforms. In our company we use it mostly for Sales, Marketing and Project Management. In each department we can customize it to fit the needs required. its easy to navigate and we are able to task each other, track progress and collaborate. We are a small company and I find it works well for us. I don't know how it would work for a larger company.

What do you like best? I like being able to create projects and assign tasks to the team. We also use it for entering activities per project and tracking progress of each project What do you dislike? Perfect for startups

What do you like best? Manages all your data without forcing a workflow (to some this can seem confusing since "you don't know how to use it properly", but I see it as an advantage. Highly customizable with custom fields. What do you like best? I like that we have several sales people on our team using the system, but we can keep our own account in line with what we are doing, and see their pipelines when necessary.
