Excellent software. Easy to use, visual in nature. The database functionality is easy to use and functional...adaptable. Reminders work great. Works well in a team environment. You can tell that this software is made by people who care about sales and not about computers.

Great light-weight product for salesman!

Great light-weight product for salesman daily job. No distractions and only functions/buttons you need to perform your sales pipeline management. Quick and pleasant support helps immediately and solved 100% of our problems so far. I would recommend PipeDrive and am already recommending it to all my friends, partners and customers, who start looking for a CRM/Sales management solution.

Don't loose your clients, save information and awesome follow up mecanism.

Great system to work. If you want organization online all the time, I highly recommend Pipedrive, for your personal business or company. It help me a lot, because i work with selling and sometimes its hard to remember everything about all clients conversations and informations, Pipedrive, allowds me to have everything saved and update with time and user.

Everything you need for a simple CRM tool

What do you like best? I love the simple user interface of the Pipedrive platform. I've been able to import all of my existing sales data from old spreadsheets and quickly train employees at my agency. We also love the reporting features for our year-end review. What do you dislike? There are not many cons for the platform. Sometimes I have to spend time adding filters to get the correct dashboard view that I'm looking for, but most customization is doable. Simple, Effecient, Affordable

I find it easy to use and my reps find it very easy to use. We are considered a small business with 3 locations, with about 10 sales reps. We are able to track our opportunities and maintain historical data on all prospects we call on, and that is all I needed in a nutshell.
