Pipedrive usability.

First App I used to really maximize my sales!

What do you like best? I like the way you can keep everything organized, the capacity, we use to keep 100's of names in the data base. Tons of information, attachments. You can make notes in everything, and it calculates your sales so it really helped my business!! What do you dislike? Nothing at all everything is great about this app What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Organization and keeping track of sales.

Pipe drive - great leads management solution for small business

I have been using this for small business sales for a few years. Ever since starting using pipedrive no leads are neglected.Easy data entering from both laptop and a good iPhone app. Data is always available for exporting. I put some automations that put leads from landing pages & my site directly into pipedrive.All in all I found it the most comfortable sales crm solution, and I've tried quite a few.

Does exactly what it is supposed to do and makes it look easy. Pipedrive is fast, responsive, easy to customize and I would highly recommend it as a CRM of choice.

Pipedrive is very easy to use and the service is great.

What do you like best? I like that when I need to ask a question or receive help I can usually reach someone in 2-3 minutes max. They are always very polite and respectful when helping me. What do you dislike? There are a couple of features that have been updated recently that I am not a fan of. It is more aesthetics than anything though. Recommendations to others considering the product I would allow the physical changes that have been made reversible for those that liked the old ...

What do you like best? I enjoy how simple and easy it is to use the program. What do you dislike? I have yet to find something I do not like about it! What do you like best? I like that I can include an email link and bcc my emails with clients to send updates automatically to the account on PipeDrive. This is certainly my favourite feature. What do you dislike? I dislike that because my colleagues use a shared Pipedrive, while it can be very useful to track others, the data is not compiled in a clear format. Provides drag and drop feature for moving deals from one stage to other stage between various pipelines.The visual statistics are great to see.
