Poor customer support when needed

Terrible experience, getting locked out of an account. They took 6 hours to resolve it. We provided bank screen shots, credit cards and other details. but they did not help us. BEWARE

Easy to use Crm

What do you like best? Simple, easy CRM. It takes away all the unless junk most CRM has and makes everything super clean. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Pipedrive is a simple, easy interface that is easily accessible from phone, computer, or iPad. It is affordable and manageable for our small real estate firm. What do you like best? We talk about them throughout the sales process and I really enjoy how Pipedrive conceptualizes them. Creating a person, an organization and a deal is extremely easy. Easy to use but powerfull

I like to work with Pipedrive because is easy to use, user-friendly but on the other hand, I can set whatever we need in our sales process. I also appreciate new reports and dashboards. With them, I can quickly see what is going on.

It works very well in terms of your pipeline management of projects. I have worked on pipedrive since 3 to 4 years now and I have always in the team improving the pipedrive. It is one of the best CRM tool!
