Almost All-Inclusive!

What do you like best? PD is very customizable for thos willing to put in some work up front. I found that the feature offering left me wanting very little. The attribute I like the most was the ability to create and recreate custom workflows for my client on-boarding processes. What do you like best? Very positive experience thus far using Pipedrive. Through this we can send emails directly through platform and they show up in Gmail. You can easily set up customized pipelines for each user . Outlook Email Integration is great too. What do you dislike? What do you like best? As superficial as it is, I liked the aesthetic and layout of pipe-drive the most. I liked how easy it was to sort deals from the stage of the sale that it was in, and also that we were able to customize the stage name. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I can organize calls and emails in a simple way, since it has an easy way of configuration, which allows any user or company to customize it to their liking or adapt to their needs.
