Top prospection and deal closing CRM with easy customizing options. Together with our local integration partner we managed to improve our CXP and our service offering to a significantly higher level in less than 4 months. Pipedrive customer success has been hands-on during my free trial and have helped me unlock value fast even before I had locked in my payment for my plan. I had very specific requirements that were all addressed, and I'm happy to say I have locked in for this CRM for the foreseeable future. I trialed a lot of CRMS when we decided…
I trialed a lot of CRMS when we decided it was time for our business to move away from a spreadsheet. I found that Pipedrive is purely Sales, theres a ton a stuff you will find useful and nothing you wont. Others in the market tend to try to sell you something else but with a built in CRM. You can tell Pipedrive was designed by sales people. Super easy to set up (took me less than 48hrs). All reports look great.
