Ahlam was Great for Onboarding
Ahlam provided a great introduction to the product. She was attentive to my questions and provided an update very promptly via email to some of the questions that were beyond her technical knowledge. Very happy with the onboarding experience and having used the product for more than three weeks very happy with the results.

Best Value and Service of any CRM (IMO)
I've used, at one time or another, most of the major CRM's and this past year has been my first experience with Pipedrive. I've been impressed. The interface is as clean and as intuitive as any out there and the price is a great value. Also, customer support has been exceptional. I am surprised this firm is not better known and I suspect they will be as WOM satisfaction continues to spread.

"Easy to use, quick onboarding process, intuitive"
What do you like best about Pipedrive? Probably the thing I lik emost about pipedrive is that it is intuitive. I don't have to read through hours of training, etc., to understand what things are and how they work. It works as you'd expect it to. I'm brand new and I know there are things I'm not taking advantage of yet but overall, it's a great piece of software so far.
