Really incredible session with John Mills
Really incredible sessoin. Gave me a much clearer picture of PipeDrive's capabilities for my nonprofit. John Mills took the time to walk through a few of my use cases so I understood how I could utilize all of PD's features. A lot of info packed into a session.

Jon convinced me.
Jon was thorough throughout the presentation, answered my biggest gripe against the product (the fact that you couldn't easily link spouses together) and made sure to follow up with us in a timely matter after any questions we had about the product. Good dude, solid employee. Give him a raise.

Amazing customer service

Ricardo was extremely helpful in dedicating time to go over, in detail, ways to best utilize Pipedrive given our organizational goals. This is especially significant since, prior to meeting with him, I was unsure if it was worth continuing our investment. He was able to convince me otherwise with his knowledge and willingness to offer guidance.
