I love the hand holding…

I love the fact that I had someone to help me through the initial phases of the pipedirve set up. That was Thai. Many questions were answered quicly. He is always available if I need something. Yes, I signed up for my business to go forward with you Pipedrive rather than any other because of the GUI and the support. Thank you, Alex

Our sales rep Taiwo Oniti was outstanding! Never once did I feel like he was trying to sell me anything, he was extremely knowledgeable on PipeDrive AND took the time to understand our needs as a company. I have used a few other CRMs but Pipedrive rocks!

I have used a few other CRMs but Pipedrive has definitely seemed to me the most complete, user friendly, easy to learn and automated, not to mention the great connectivity it has with hundreds of apps.

My initial onboarding experience

First of all, the trial period allowed us to explore the full power of the product. The design is very intuitive and offers a lot of helpful features. I was particularly impressed with the variety of automation options and the ability to customize pretty much anything to fit our operation. The introductory call was very pleasant and informative.
