What do you like best? I am able to keep my contacts and updates in one file. I don’t have to click in and out of a file to be able to schedule an appointment time, follow up notes, and level what status my leads are. Every client each has their own database! What do you like best? In fact the whole Pipedrive could be summarized as a sort-of-a-kinda Kanban board, where you have all your opportunities. Powerful. Simple.

Pipedrive is a powerful tool that is so simple to use. It makes keeping track of 20 different approaches so straight forward. I love the email reminders when I have a task to do. I like being able to see on one screen which deals need attention and which are ok.

It's a very good pipeline tool, crm feels hidden, but a lot to learn to stay on top off your notes.

What do you like best? Visually seeing what stage you are in the sales process and activity reminders. What do you dislike?
