Pipeline is the best software for your underdevelopment sales crew

Great CRM for a small business
What do you like best? I like the pipelines the best as it keeps our groups focused on the tasks at hand. What do you dislike? Sometimes it can be overcomplicated for some of our older employees. Insufficient for Small Businesses
What do you like best? I was the CRM admin at a 20 person start-up and Pipedrive was lacking several features. The tool had a nice UI, but that was one of the only benefits. What do you dislike? Pipedrive lacked customization options that are needed for any company that isn't a mom and pop shop. Don't recommend
Very disappointed with this company and their customer service. The actual CRM is full of bugs and when we have an issue with the service (often the representative feels the need to repeatedly explain things as though we are five year olds, instead of just getting issues resolved. Even once resolved, issues just keep popping up and we have this endless dialogue with customer service that just goes nowhere, as they are terrible at keeping records of previous conversations, or are just to ...
