Super simple CRM, great for sales
What do you like best? It is so simple, not over burdened with useless data. Keeps it straight forward and simple. What do you dislike? Some of the logic isn't intuitive, can be frustrating to move deals along. Recommendations to others considering the product Not a lot of business intelligence, very rudimentary but it works. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Just simple CRM tracking. This fixes it.

Decent pipeline management, but room for improvement
What do you like best? I like the option to get an email with my daily list of tasks, and it's quite simple to move people along the pipeline. Good task management functionality, as well. What do you dislike? You can't alter the dates of pipeline movement, so you have to either update it real time or it won't be accurate which will mess up the reporting. its the best and I started using…
its the best and I started using Pipedrive. Back then I chose Pipedrive because they were the only CRM that would allow me to create a customer field not only populate that data from a spreadsheet import, but allow me to update that same field later with some new data. I work a lot with quarterly data from the banks, so that was what won me over initially. At the time I compared it to Insightly, which does not allow updates to custom field from an import.

A CRM that is in Mess.
What do you like best? I only think that this software has a friendly design with colorful themes that confuses the users. Besides, the developer conducts good marketing, and this gives it a high level of media. Lastly, the vendor will respond in a few when asked a question. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Pipedrive offers a simple interface that allows you to handle it quickly. It can be formatted and adapted to our needs. What do you like best? I love the reminders that pipedrive gives you. Whe i see red i knowni need to take action. What do you dislike? We could not get reports ofnthe information we wanted.
