Pipedrive has been a revelation to me…
Pipedrive has been a revelation to me after using other CRM's for over 10 years in sales. This does what you want it to do and gives you the drive and reminders to complete the tasks you can sometimes forget about. Highly recommend Pipedrive to all sales staff!

Pipedrive CRM is my favorite
I have worked with several CRM applications (MS, Salesforce, etc my favorite is Pipedrive. I especially like how it paces activities, so as you complete one (ex a call it will prompt you to schedule the next task (send a quote. The team at Pipedrive are extremely responsive to my request for help. One of the best value's in the business. I wish all software worked like Pipedrive.

Best CRM for sales people who want to achieve stuff.You can tell this platform has been engineered by sales people for sales people - it all just makes sense.There's an integration tweak that I've suggested but hasn't been actioned yet (Slack integration is a bit limited. But they happily fixed an issue with the Asana integration.

I have used many CRM systems during my Sales career and none have come close the all important usability and customer service levels of Pipedrive. Pipedrive is great at managing follow up actions to ensure deals are progressing and our clients are serviced in a timely and professional manner. What do you like best? The calender as it helps me with my diarising What do you dislike? The system lets you open more than one account with same detials. For example in our case the clients' telephone number is used as reference. It should limitate you to have only one account with same detials. What business problems are you solving with the product?
