It is too useful and good for any type of company.

Pipedrive is so simple to use.
Pipedrive is straight forward and uncomplicated. I have used 4 other CRM systems previously, none as simple as Pipedrive. Other systems have too many multiple layers, which make them time consuming & difficult to input & extract data. In comparison Pipedrive is a dream. The search function is excellent and I am able to produce useful reports, with all the information I need.

Experience with Pipedrive has been fantastic so far.

Really easy system for me to manage myself
What do you like best? Easy implementation. Seamless use between desktop and mobile apps. What do you dislike? A little simplistic in terms of forecasts and roll-ups if the team was larger. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? CRM for a small startup.
