It is a program to use it intelligently, it has precise options in its functions.
What do you like best? Pipedrive is one of the most complete and profitable CRMs that exist. It is easy to use, fantastic cross-platform capabilities and an excellent selection of integrations in your history. Besides moving people from one stage of sales to another is really easy. A simple but very complete sales tool.
What do you like best? Using it is very simple because its interface allows any user to learn to handle it quickly. The interface design is very attractive from the aesthetic point of view. Registration is simple and consists of filling out a small form with some questions. It is necessary to have an email. It allows to manage specific products from the control panel of the application. Do not trust Pipedrive if you value your data!
I have been using Pipedrive for approximately 1 year and was content until a disaster of an experience in the last 72 hours that should make anybody who has any concern for the integrity of their data extremely concerned if using this product.The revert function that exists when importing data does not work for merged records - although it is sold as being able to revert at the click of a button, this is simply not true.I have had a heap of data corrupted through a merge attempt. Lack of support and buggy with third-party apps.
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Overall, easy to use, as long as you don't leave the walled garden. The third-party apps don't work nicely together, mainly due to bugs in the pipedrive authentication mechanism. The pipedrive team has been sloppy to resolve this, their responses are very slow. Pipedrive is the perfect software for the sales and marketing process.
What do you like best? Pipedrive is the best customer relationship management software. It has been extremely beneficial in helping to our sales and marketing process. Looks Cute
What do you like best? It looks cute and can be a fun way to move around your leads. If you want to pay to play this is the software for you. What do you dislike? Actually managing data takes a lot of practice as customer service won't help you. If you can maange that, you're still up for a challenge because if there are any problems whatsoever, there isn't anyone to help you. Great Software for CRM with an easy to use UI
What do you like best? I love the reporting feature and the ability to upload client information easily as well as export information. I also love the activities feature and email integration. Online help is next to useless even…
Online help is next to useless even when screenshots are sent. They struggle to elaborate around functionality and specific issues that are occurring. It is a good CRM but the support in place to get the best from it and those intricate details to truly monitor a team and produce results are hard to reap with too many hidden functionalities.

Great, basic CRM
What do you like best? I like that Pipedrive is extremely easy to use. It is straightforward and extremely customizable. I like that it tracks my emails and is many other things and keeps it all very organized. The simplicity is definitely a key factor as to why I enjoy it so much.
