When a user is trying to login with the…
When a user is trying to login with the wrong username. He/she is forever logged out and will not be able try to login again. All she can do is to create a new account with a new company. Also she is unable to contact support with this problem.

What do you like best? Pipedrive is an excellent sales tool that is very simple to use and does not require more training to take advantage of each of its features. What do you like best? Pipedrive is a source of huge information, it provides its users with the right activities to be performed. This removes the factor of losing concentration. User can close their offers or deals via pipedrive timeline. It could be access in 13 different languages. What do you dislike? It has no outlook integration and too simplistic. No non-sense CRM tool for small to mid-size businesses
What do you like best? I like the ease of use. It is very intuitive and it allows you to keep on top of all your sales activities. This is ideal for simple B2B sales with short sales cycles (1-2 months). I also like the batch processes where you can select a group of activities and modify those activities for the entire group selected. For velocity deals with short sales cycles, this CRM is perfect. An effective CRM
What do you like best? I like that this is a scaled down version of multi-layered sales software (like salesforce) when I don't need all the bells and whistles (and cost). Love the email templates What do you dislike? Wish it did more thorough (any) data collection What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? For a small startup that doesn't need the complexity of salesforce, but needs money in the door, Pipedrive checks all the boxes.
