Salesforce without the cost
What do you like best? Ability to combine information from marketing into a sales process. It's amazing what you can get done for $30/month/seat. You used to need to be quite large to buy a really expensive system to do this stuff. What do you dislike? It's for high-value relationships so it's hard to make updates using marketing automation tools i.e. automatically moving deals between stages based on automated email responses either can't be done or requires more money. ...

The simples out there
What do you like best? I used some CRMs few years ago and only Pipedrive is the one I stick with for 2 years now. It's easy to use and actually HELPS in the sales process without standing in "the front row". This is the type of software you use to boost your productivity and the proces and not to focus on the actual tool only. What do you dislike?
