Best CRM for Creative Agencies

What do you like best? Observing my employees progress and instantly knowing the status of the project without needing to reach out to the team. What do you dislike? I wish there were more Marketplace apps, specifically with Adobe Creative Suite. I have numerous documents coming from that app that require signatures.
