Organization that is consistent across pipelines.

What do you like best? I love the activities tab as it keeps me in line with what I need to accomplish each day. Being able to group email as well has changed thigns drastically as I can get a general message out to those rotting deals that need that extra push to make it all happen. What do you dislike?
