The most important and prominent feature of the tool is it provides you intimation about any call that is being made by any customer from your pipeline and also provides you all The necessary and relevant information about the customer in the form of notes. What do you like best? First of all, it seems like a great Pipedrive tool because it gives me great ease in managing multiple facets during the sales process. What do you like best? It's very basic and straightforward. It is what it is. What do you dislike? Not all users have the capability of running reports. The workflow of logging calls is not efficient. It's slow and not intuitive. Clean and efficient interface
What do you like best? The interface is very easy and available both on pc and mobile. What do you dislike? Some rigidity. You can put thousands in digits. You Cna go to three decimal. Recommendations to others considering the product: Not super flexible, but very easy and efficient What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Keep under controll the leads, which in my business can last for one or two years before the order.

Organization that is consistent across pipelines.
What do you like best? I love the activities tab as it keeps me in line with what I need to accomplish each day. Being able to group email as well has changed thigns drastically as I can get a general message out to those rotting deals that need that extra push to make it all happen. What do you dislike?
