What do you like best? Piperdrive has a solid base in direct sales that you can use to efficiently manage the sales flow of your organization. Great visual sales tool

What do you like best? I like that pipedrive gives a nice pipeline where you can put your prospects in, and work from there. It's well thought out. What do you dislike? Could use less clicks to get activities done. If you need to change the activity I always find it a bit too much work when you need to do that all the time. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It's a good working sales tool that does it for us.
