Easy to use CRM

What do you like best? Very easy usability. People who are not tech-savvy can easily understand how to use the platform. The user interface is very easy on the eyes and looks well organized. What do you dislike? Lacks some of the features that SalesForce has. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Data management + Account Management.
