Best CRM I've ever tried
Pipedrive has been an amazing tool in helping me organize my business the way I want. Most favorite features are the ability to customize everything I want, the automation and their customer service. They listen to their customers and make changes and add features based on customer feedback! Fantastic tool!

Price, quality AND service
You know the expression "Price, quality, service--pick two out of three?" Pipedrive actually gives you all three.Considering how budget-friendly Pipedrive is, you might expect reliable but basic product. In fact, you'll be amazed at the rich variety of ways to track your contacts.It's easy to learn, flexible, and when you run into an issue, support responds quickly. Definitely recommend.

Pipedrive has helped me to achieve dramatic year-on-year increases in deals closed
Pipedrive has been game changing for me. A couple years ago I made a commitment to prospecting and keeping my pipe full. Pipedrive is the tool that's enabled that commitment. My deals-closed numbers are up strongly two years running now. I've used a lot of different CRM's over the years. My favorite has been Pipedrive. Not only is it feature-rich with things that are important to me, like my sales pipeline, but it is activity-based. Meaning, the system regularly prompts you for next actions. This is crucial for keeping track of deals and customer relationships.
