Simple and Customizable
It is a great system fro tracking sales efforts by way of stages, activities, and much more. Features are always being updated with new ones introduced as soon as they are available without the need for lengthy downtime. Being on the cloud, Pipedrive can be accessed from both computer and phone app anywhere in the world. Another great thing is how easy it is to add custom fields, filters, etc.

Pipedrive is easy and clean to use
Pipedrive is easy and clean to use. I love the visual Pipeline. The contacts/organizations filters could be more intuitive, I always get stuck having to tweak those for longer than I want. I also wish there were ways to create different permission sets easier for various users.

Pipedrive: Excellent CRM for the Sales Professional.
As a sales professional with experience with a diverse array of CRM's, including, but not limited to: ACT! (various versions), Rumple, FedLink, CoPilot and others, Pipedrive is the perfect one for my current role. I love and use this product all day
I love and use this product all day. As a mortgage broker, this is the best solution I have found to track and stay on top of 30 loans at the same time.

Providing a structure for my marketing
I have only recently had to play a serious role in marketing and I am sure I am not getting the full benefit from Pipedrive. However the benefits for me are1 it provides a structured approach for me to maintain a record of where I am at with each client.2 It reminds me to follow up on the important clients I don't want red in all the columns3. Great pipeline management tool for sales
Easy planning, automation, tracking of correspondence with Outlook. I can see if and when they open emails and even if they clicked on a link within the email or not! This allows me to gauge temperature before even engaging in a phone conversation. Support is quick to respond and software is intuitive. Great product, highly recommend.
