I simply love Pipedrive
I simply love Pipedrive. From cold leads to closing with automated functions, the App strait on my phone recording my calls and so much more, Pipedrive made my processes all the more efficient without ever skipping a beat. My CRM went to the next level and so did my revenues.

Best option in the market for small and mid size teams
I am a big fan of Pipedrive. I have used other big corporate CRM platforms and I think Pipedrive is just better for small and medium businesses. It is easier to use and configure by far and the pricing is much more in line with reality. I would not necessarily consider it an Enterprise system if you have hundreds of sales people but for small teams I have tried them all and it is just the best. Plain asks simple.

Best CRM Hands Down
Pipedrive has been the best CRM we have used hands down. They keep adding new features and making the platform better every year. We use it across 2 sites to manage all of our contacts and deals and has made life alot easier. It does everything you need and more. Once everything is setup, your follow ups and deals can basically be automated when you have workflows turned on.

Can't tell you how much I hate any other CRM
I'm a full-stack marketer working mainly with very small businesses and startups.Apart from running PPC campaigns, I also implement my clients' CRM so my leads will have a home to go to.Whenever I hear the word ZOHO or Salesforce from these 3-man businesses I just lose it.So many people think that the more complicated a SaaS platform, the better it is. Pipedrive Helps You in Tuning Your Revenue Engine Perfectly!

5 stars for Functionality
What do you like best? What I like most about Pipedrive is the user interface. It is easy to use and deals tab allows me to see all the deals on my pipeline. I also like that it is customizable. What do you dislike? I don't see a feature that I dislike about this CRM. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We have grown with Pipedrive not just sales wise but organising and repeat works.Simple to add and remove seats as staff ebb and flo.The support team at Pipedrive are great if something does go awry.The Pipedrive team are always working on and adding new features. Integrated emails is such a time saver and ensures that we provide a consistent service with standardised emails, forms and processes for our customers.

Pipedrive is solid
Pipedrive is a really good sales tool that allows me to create and manage my own pipeline. The ability to move deals in and out, create target closing dates, financial reporting and see what's happening on the activity side is solid.It lacks a little bit on some of the other reporting side, however.
