Great product, very customisable and you can integrate other software into it. Help is always on hand and Pipedrive is very affordable. Excellent!

Really enjoying using Pipedrive
Really enjoying using Pipedrive. The activity list and interconnectivity of the app for calling and email is intuitive. Really helps drive business actions to close deals. Starting to use more of the functions now, and the more I use it, the better it conforms to my business needs.

What do you like best? For those of us outside tech, service industries, or really anyone who loves clunky, messy, overly complicated systems like Salesforce, Pipedrive is indeed a super simple-to-use, flexible CRM alternative. Ultimately, I'd suggest this CRM to everyone interested in investing in the management/automation of their operations. What do you dislike? Very useful tool
Very useful tool, it helps me track my quotes so I don't have to think about chasing them. very easy to funnel your enquires and it is surprising how many quotes you end up doing if used properly.great support team as well.I could not do without it now.best part is seeing the quotes change to orders and you can see your results.

Pipedrive is an amazing product that has easily paid for itself on the basis that we have been able to close sales that we know we have outstanding quotes for. The product is so easy to use, and we have been using it for about 3 years. Would highly recommend the product and the provider.
