This solution has to be one of the most straight forward on the market, easy to use and very intuitive. I have been using Pipedrive for some time and have recommended to larger organisations than myself. Customer service, if you have any questions, is also first class.

What I've always dreamed of - no wait! MUCH MORE
Went through at least 5 Customer Relationship Management systems BEFORE finding Pipedrive. The first 2 involved using database software. Then there was 1 to which I reacted with stress the moment I went in, and this was followed by 2 that eventually went out of business. Pipedrive keeps wildy and unexpectedly improving, the Customer Service is just heavenly (VERY IMPORTANT) and I am confident that I will grow into it more and more and we will build my DREAMS together! I only rated with 4 stars due to reporting capabilities. I had used Salesforce for 10 years and this is by far the easiest and most flexible platform I have EVER worked with. I honestly, couldn't ask for a better product to work on day in and day out. There are things that I still find that I didnt know since I have been using this CRM for over a 1 year. Great Tool
Great for storing all your customer details, keeping track of what they have ordered. Also good for exporting information to use in other applications like Mailchimp for sending out emails.
