What I've always dreamed of - no wait! MUCH MORE
Went through at least 5 Customer Relationship Management systems BEFORE finding Pipedrive. The first 2 involved using database software. Then there was 1 to which I reacted with stress the moment I went in, and this was followed by 2 that eventually went out of business. Pipedrive keeps wildy and unexpectedly improving, the Customer Service is just heavenly (VERY IMPORTANT) and I am confident that I will grow into it more and more and we will build my DREAMS together! I only rated with 4 stars due to reporting capabilities. I had used Salesforce for 10 years and this is by far the easiest and most flexible platform I have EVER worked with. I honestly, couldn't ask for a better product to work on day in and day out. There are things that I still find that I didnt know since I have been using this CRM for over a 1 year.
