Ridiculous support
What do you like best? Software is simple and easy to learn for our needs. What do you dislike? Their support is awful! They simply cannot solve your problems and will be bouncing back between engineering and support all the time. I have one customer support thread with over 60 replies already (50 days open) which never gets fixed. Their calling system also doesn't work. A great program with many advantages for sales
What do you like best? If I have to talk about a software with many important qualities to increase my sales without a doubt this is Pipedrive. Great Sales Persons CRM
What do you like best? Love the Deals overview page and the ability to have as many pipelines and stages as I want. What do you dislike? Currently the calendar sync isn't working for me. It used to and must be an issue with my specific email/calendar provider, but not having the cal integration is a pain. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Managing my sales opportunities and creating/tracking tasks to follow up is a huge benefit.
