One star is generous, beware this company will steal your money.

Horrific company to deal with. I cancelled an account that I never opened almost a year ago. Their operator "Manuel" confirmed this was closed by email and the matter was dealt with., I note this month that this company have been taking money out of our account since then. Whilst its only £18 per month it still adds up and there is a principle here also. Great simple CRM

What do you like best? The ease with drag and drop feature and creating the flow What do you dislike? There are complex things Pipedrive do not do like custom reports What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Helping sales team to follow a playbook and drive towards the desired phases of prospects. It has worked wonders to that end.

Decent value for your money overall.

Good CRM that is powerful but simple.Some versions/iterations can be buggy, but I've had really good success with their chat support.Usually fixed my problems within <2hours.

Hopeless technical support - awful mail deliverability.

Agree wholeheartedly with a previous reviewer who said: 'Used to be great, deteriorating'.This is exactly our experience. Pipedrive has served us well in the past but we are now regularly encountering technical issues which are impacting on our business and their support (and we are on a premium subscription) is utterly ineffective.The most serious of these is mail deliverability, when sent via G-mail all is well. PIpeDrive takes our sales to next steps

What do you like best? PipeDrive has a user friendly interface and provides good user experience. It helps adding the contacts easily from Gmail. Creating Deals are really easy from the Contacts. Used to be great, deteriorating

We're not a small customer by any stretch, the product is generally good - but we've been really let down by issues recently and support are completely hopeless when things go wrong.We have an issue with the mobile app that remains unfixed after several years of complaints, our account got cancelled for some unknown reason without any notice - and Pipedrive can't explain why this happened. You're probably not using all the features pipedrive has to offer...

What do you like best? Creating different filters to be able to search any category of customer I want. It will take some time to get used to pipedrive and how to actually set up everything to be used at it's full potential. It took us over a year to get to where we are now with all of the different systems, boards, filters, etc. We had no idea the endless possibilities when we first got it.
