Not for the savvy sales person
What do you like best? Simple to use with a fair range of integrations that are mostly easy to set up and work pretty well What do you dislike? Lacks a lot of agility. Many functions are locked to admin users only with little functionality to enable certain functions to specific team members. Intuitive, affordable, with all necessary features

An easy CRM tool with the best ever supportteam!
What do you like best? I like that the screen is easy and clean. Pipedrive all has the functions you need to have all your leads and customers in the loop. I love their supportteam - they are superfast, follow up and very cheery. I think they are the best I ever seen. I find Pipedrive fast, easy to use, and love the way the app also contributes to automate prosseses. It is easy to learn and for me as a Norwegian it was awesome that I can choose my own language. The best CRM I’ve used
I’ve been with PD since just after they started, around 2010/11 and they’ve been pretty much spot on all the way along. You can always contact a real person easily and they have a good online community to share tips.It’s all very intuitive and has some neat ideas that make the life of a business owner a lot easier.

Huge step for my business !
What do you like best? It's quick and easy. Also, the open API allowing multiple integrations with all the other platforms I use. What do you dislike? Haven't found anything to dislike so far. Recommendations to others considering the product: It's a no brainer. Much cheaper than competition and also better! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Solved the problem of disorganization. Benefit has been increased accountability.

Pipedrive helps me to be ahead of my Sales Pipe
What do you like best? I like how it seamlessly integrates with my mail account. What do you dislike? It's not perfectly adjustable for my needs and I can't adjust it properly to get the reportings I need.
