Lost all my contacts. This is a common bug for them!

Migrated from Zoho CRM to Pipedrive due to the positive feedbacks read over the net. Easy to set and use but bugs sometimes

Very easy to set up (you can set it up using video from the help section). Nice and intuitive interface for a small price. My opinion pipedrive is only suitable for sales and if your company is engaged in sales it’s for you.You can add and change any tasks literally on the go, customize them as you like. What do you like best? There are loads of (Cheap) CRMs but pipedrive is the standout - and I've tried them all. It has the integrations of hubspot but none of the exponential price growth Integrates natively with all my other software - cicleloop, outplayhq, dux-soup meaning that I can control all my interacts and leads in one place. Gets the job done

What do you like best? The learning curve is not steep, intuitive UX. What do you dislike? The in-flow ads are super distracting, Dealbot is a bit clunky and creating a new organization takes way longer than it should. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We've improved our data quality for sure.

pipedrive is google CRM with the…

pipedrive is google CRM with the buggiest API to google and email sync i ever seen. Every week there are new bugs in the apis. there are working with 3rd party apis and not with own.. so they have no access to this imports source directly... its a pain.. i did some tests and they was terrible.... the first level support try to help, but with a buggy software... they cant do so much. Terrible customer service

What do you like best? When it works, it suits your needs. It should work a 100% but does not What do you dislike? Whenever you are having a problem, you are asked to clear cookies 10.000 times send screen dumps 100 times and all support can say "we are sorry etc. etc." Only after you escalate to the highest of ranks they seem willing to help you. Their IT support is about as useful as an audio book for “Where is Waldo?”.What happened?• One of the key features (2-way sync with Google Contacts) didn't work at all.
