Excellent for our project management
What do you like best? We were able to tweak it for our specific needs. What do you dislike? Support was frequently slow at getting back to us. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are able to track all of our projects progress from initial sales call to implementation.

Powerful but still easy-to-use
What do you like best? The easy to use graphical user interface, that gives both sales people and sales managers the tool they need. What do you dislike? It's nothing to dislike, but maybe some more reports. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Complete control over sales processes that could take up to several months. When systems are easy-to-use, and it helps the person entering data, it will automatically help managers as well.

Good CRM option
What do you like best? Pipedrive is a good business solution, with all the tools that a CRM needs to have. Easy to set up and start using and with a good range of integrations. Mobility because it has apps for both Andriod and iOS. It tracks e-mails and is very customizable. What do you dislike? What do you like best? It has a mobile application, which facilitates access anywhere. It is a great SaaS tool, which allows access from anywhere that has internet. It has good usability, in addition to being entirely in Portuguese. What helped us a lot was its integration with Google calendar. It has extensive integration with various types of software. Pipedrive is a sales tools that works best for large sized companies and keeps their work organized.
What do you like best? Pipedrive is a web and cloud based software. Grow fast, than double the price
We are using Pipedrive since 2015, 20+ users. For years we were super excited and recommended Pipedrive many times. Now they are closing super cool features like "reports" and "dashboard" and replacing them with "insides", where you have to pay double to have the same data what we have for years. For us this means to pay 3600 USD / year only to have worst / same reports.
