Great Service
What do you like best? The Org Chart format. It makes it easy and simple to view your company as a whole. What do you dislike? The search interface doesn't always work the best. Sometimes when looking for someone it doesn't show if they use short names. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Organizational outlook

Easy to use
What do you like best? Easy to use with a nice interface.The Out of Office feature is my favorite, especially with the seamless Google Calendar integration. What do you dislike? Small annoyances in the UI, sometimes too many clicks to do common things. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Pingboard helps our company keep track of who is in our organization, what they do, where they are, and most importantly, their work schedule/status.

What do you like best? I am able to see who is communicating with me via email. What do you dislike? I have not been able to find a dislike reason What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I can find out who the person i am communicating with is and what department they work for

Great way to maintain Org chart
What do you like best? I really like how Pingboard makes org charts easy and time off requests easy to manage. What do you dislike? I wish there was an easy way to look at time off requests for just a specific team or department. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Time off request standard process.

What do you like best? How easy it is to use and how fast you are able to locate someone What do you dislike? there is nothing that I dislike about pingboard. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? being able to find someone very quickly, see who they are, what they look like has benefitted my communication

It's been great experience. A great interface to know whole organiation at one place.
What do you like best? I love the Org-Chart and Birthday reminders. What do you dislike? Nothing to dislike about ping board. It's been great experince. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Making organization more accessible to all.

Smooth and extremely accessible.
What do you like best? The ability to find anyone within my company along with who is on their team and tenure. This has become extremely useful working in a split brokerage. What do you dislike? I have yet to come across something that I don't like. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Figuring out who is in and out of office. Where to find who to reach out that works with certain teams within my company.

Excellent and much needed
What do you like best? It is so helpful to see all needed information, like an open database. What do you dislike? you have to be familiar with the names of the people in your organisation in order to search them up, which can be difficult if you're part of a large organisation. What do you like best? Easy to know what your colleagues are doing, if they out of office What do you dislike? Not much, haven't got into anything I could have troubles with What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? With only being a user of PingBoard for a few months. I find it really helpful and user friendly!
What do you like best? I like how Pingboard is super user friendly. The website is very easy to navigate through. What do you dislike? I have yet to find any issues with Pingboard Recommendations to others considering the product: None What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Finding employees contacts
