New Pingboard User/Admin

What do you like best? I love the visuals of Pingboard, it is very easy to read and navigate and has the ability to contain a plethora of information. It is also extremely user friendly and customizable from the admin aspect in regards to creating reports. What do you dislike? The zoom aspect has a bit of a learning curve to get comfortable with. Great Tool for Connecting

What do you like best? It's really easy to see "who's who" within your organization! Being new to my company I used it to put faces to names and it made introducing myself so much easier! Short and Sweet, does what it needs to do

What do you like best? I can see the status of others easily, which is good for a distributed team. What do you dislike? Easy in use

What do you like best? You can create your very personal profile. Seeing who's out of office/vacation is useful. What do you dislike? Besides checking out other colleagues profiles, I don't really use it. Recommendations to others considering the product: I like the design a lot, and it's easy to use. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It gives a very good overview of all the people working in the company.

It is a decent expereince

Pingboard helped me understand my organization better.

What do you like best? I love how intuitive the org chart and company directory search is. It's so easy to search for someone at my company and see where they fit into our org. What do you dislike? I don't like how pingboard doesn't list the direct title of an employee -- not sure if this is a pingboard limitation or restriction set up by my company. What do you like best? Easy to quickly find people within your company, know what their role is, and what team they're on. What do you dislike? Not many downsides, it's simple and easy to use. If I had to nit pick there was one time where I couldn't find a coworker by name even though I know they existed. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Being able to quickly have some context before going into meetings or conversations is really nice.

Good Org Chart and Directory

What do you like best? Pingboard is an easy-to-use tool for org charts and directories. The directory in particular is quite nice, visually speaking. I'm only a user (not a creator), but I've found it to be quite intuitive to use. What do you dislike? The org chart, while functional, isn't as "2020"-looking as the directory. Needs a visual update.
