Billing a nightmare- not worth $$, find another program

I have used and loved picmonkey for several years. This year billing and program are all screwed up, charged for TWO plans monthly and yearly and they can't figure it out and when they did, they can't roll over what I was charged for twice, emails back and forth. Signed up for one year, then told online to "renew" was charged monthly & yearly at same time. Program is slow as molasses, new picmonkey stinks. I was told to use different browser to stop freezing and slow response... Program ...

Change not always for the better!

I liked to Old Pic Monkey so much better and the new Pic Monkey updates don't work on my computer. I wonder why when every other online editor has no problem....Pixlr, BFunky, Canva. It's a shame...I would go back to Pic Monkey if I could but their pop ups now tell me 'their system cannot work on my computer'...oh well...se la vie!

Zero stars if possible..

Ive been using Picmonkey since 2010 and while there were always some glitches and slowness...now its the worst program out there. Id rather swim in a tub full of straight razors while lit on fire then ever use this program again. So much for paying for the year upfront with hard to earn money during a pandemic.

AVOID PICMONKEY

I used to love Picmonkey & used them for years to make quick easy adjustments or photo collages but since the loss of the Flash Player they are just a TOTAL RIP OFF. They charge so much £ & have no care or regard to their loyal customers & hardly offer anything for your £. I would strongly suggest to invest in the Lightroom subscription instead! There are much better, more fun & cheaper photo editing sites out there!

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? PicMonkey lets me produce quality output for less the cost and training time, plus its database of stock photos are also good. What aspects are problematic or could work better? It's already an easy-to-use tool. Perhaps being able to drop and drag can be an even better plus. Yet another online company with fraudulent business practices. They signed me up for a subscription i didn't consent to. When i emailed them to cancel it, they say they have no record of me, and yet the 8.69 charges keep coming! Annoying as F_____BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY

ABSOLUTE CRAP!!!!! I HAVE NEVER BEEN AS CLOSE TO TEARING MY HAIR OUT IN FRUSTRATION AS I WAS TRYING TO USE PICMONKEY; EVERY IMAGE IS SUCH A PAIN TO LOAD AND THEN WHEN YOU TRY TO CHANGE SOMETHING MINOR LIKE THE BRIGHTNESS THE WHOLE IMAGE DISTORTS OR HALF OF IT GOES OUT OF SIGHT NO MATTER WHICH TEMPLATE OR SIZE IMAGE IS USED.
