Awful company that markets to creators and rips them off!!!

A newbie photo editor's essential tool
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? It's so easy to use PicMonkey, that I've continued using it even when I don't need the results for work. The possibilities for featured functions are endless from adjusting the color to beauty touch-ups. I can also create event flyers and other marketing materials from this tool. SUCH A BAD EXPERIENCE
I have joined a free 7 day trial of pic monkey and didnt like it. I had issues finding out how to unsubscripe and saw today that they Charged for A WHOLE YEAR!!! 150 $!!!! That is not okay at all it stinks of just catching people in the trap. You could have charged one months so people have the chance to unsubscripe. I know I have the right to cancel all purchases or buys on the internet, at least 14 days cancellation, I will definately not reccomend Picmonkey to anyone at all. Such a bad ...

Hey picmonkey EMERGENCY
Hey picmonkey. I know you’re busy but could you get back to me soon? I was charged the full 120 annual fee when all I wanted was to pay the 10/monthly fee. This was birthday money taken from my account. I canceled my subscription immediately after I realized I was charged the annual price. Hoping to hear from you guys soon.

NEW PicFunky…is CRAP
The changes made to the NEW PicFunky program are horrendous and never work with Chrome or Firefox. Their support is a slow as a USPS delivery. On top of that if you cancel they keep an entire years worth of the money you paid, NO prorated refund offered. USE Pixlr.com GREAT PROGRAM AT A GREAT PRICE WITH REAL SUPPORT

Does anyone actually work in the help department?
Does anyone in the help and support team actually ever reply!? Filled several tickets and am yet to experience any form of communication. Messaged on Instagram and am yet to have a response. I'm now owed a refund and I feel like I'm probably not going to ever see that money again? Would be great if someone could actually take care of complaints and issues. Outrageously bad customer service.

I have used PicMonkey for years...now I'm done
I have used PicMonkey for years. The New PickMonkey is horrible. After all these years, it looks like I'll have to find a different (and user friendly!) photo editing avenue.

Is There a New Word for Awful?
I have used Picmonkey for years. Loved it. The new version is so bad, I can't even wrap my brain around how awful it is. Cancelled my Pro subscription and considered monthly subscription, but, don't even want to waste seven bucks, so, buh-bye, Picmonkey.
