I HATE THE NEW PICMONKEY
I HATE THE NEW PICMONKEY! It’s TERRIBLE. You did away with all the great features. I got so used to using the other PicMonkey and loved everything about it. This one is impossible to navigate! I’m quitting it, never to renew again!!!

Bring back the original 😡
The original version of Picmonkey was so easy and fun to use. I used it for years and I loved it so much. Now, with the new editor updates, I absolutely hate it. The way it "helps" you line your images up is annoying. They got rid of all of the fun overlays that I used very frequently. And I hate how you have to choose a pre determined size for your project. Plenty of fun templates to choose from
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I have found all my favorite templates, stickers, themes, fonts for social media use on PicMonkey. What aspects are problematic or could work better? The lags from time to time may or may not be from my end. What specific problems in your company were solved by this product? I loved PicMonkey before Flash Ended
I loved PicMonkey before the loss of Flash, absolute 5 stars. Now the saved photo quality is horrible and the editing effects aren't nearly as well done as before.. Much more difficult and confusing to use unfortunately, which is why I canceled my membership.

I signed up for the free trial for…
I signed up for the free trial for something I was working on for work. I received an email saying my trial was soon going to expire in a few days. I thought that was pretty nice they sent a reminder out to customers. I went to login right after I received the reminder because I had no use of it anymore. Great Photoshop alternative
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I can use PicMonkey on a Google Chromebook, which does not support any programs on the Adobe Creative Suite. Amazing web design tool

Customer support helped me!
This review is for my experience in working with customer support for an issue I had with one of their premium tools. After writing to their helpdesk about my issue, I heard back within 24 hours. While the problem wasn't fixed at first, with some explanation on my side, they rectified the entire situation after that. Thank you PicMonkey for listening to me and making things right! Big thumbs up to you!

Glitches constantly
Glitches constantly. You can't tell me you at Picmonkey don't know about it! I clear history, cache, temp internet files, degrag, virus scan, restart bought cleaning tools and registry tools and still SLOW running and black screen. Graphics setting on high.
