What do you like best? How quick it is! You can very easily select one piece of data and then manipulate it to your hearts content! What do you dislike? It's not live data! Phocas was a true eye-opener!

What do you like best? What I liked best about Phocas was its ability to easily mine data on how my branches are doing sales, profit and even how they are trending over a multitude of different time periods (including versus previous year, rolling 12 months and quarterly. Great training for a useful product

What do you like best? I haven't used it much yet, but I like the idea of marrying together several different databases in our system to create unique views of data. The convenience of saving and sharing those queries will be most helpful. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Phocas provides an intuitive tool to extract pertinent business data and spot trends. It has been useful particularly in analyzing sales data to spot trends and buying patterns. The sales force loves the dashboards that were constructed and uses them on a daily basis to monitor sales activities. It allows them to proactive in managing customer relationships. What do you like best? The ability to Phocas down as you research. Phocas gives you the ability to ask the questions as you go....and find the answers. This is the best addition to software that has an antiquated reporting system. I will be rolling it out to my Sales and Management team by 4th quarter of 2015. What do you dislike?
