Excellent user friendly software

What do you like best? I love how the data is so manipulative you can quickly shift one data analysis to another with a click of a button. I also love the dashboards where you can set up and monitor reports, Kpi meters all very user friendly and easy to access What do you dislike? What do you like best? PHOCAS is really easy to use. It is very easy to get insightful information within few minutes. What do you dislike? Limitations on chart exports and creating a new measure is not very easy to use. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
