Brilliant!
What do you like best? Phocas has a simple yet powerful front end and makes data manipulation a doddle. Based upon the underlying technologies -accessing critical info on the fly has never been easier, especially in our current cloud based 'migration'. Simple and effective window to our data
What do you like best? Absolute Necessity
What do you like best? Without doubt the versatility of Phocas is its greatest feature. From anywhere and from any internet device I can access all the information I require to manage the branches and accounts I oversee. What do you dislike? There is very little I dislike about Phocas but if I was being critical I would say that being able to build queries in a more intuitive way would provide greater benefit. What do you like best? The speed of data retrieval Overall usability. Training new staff/implementation time. What do you dislike? Inflexibility of amending database structure Importing budget streams is not easy. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Validate data to release to company and utilise output
What do you like best? User friendly, ease of access, graphs, useful information.. What do you dislike? Difficulty in initial set up and validation to GL. A timesaving tool that has enabled us to service and monitor our customers well,and increase sales.
What do you like best? the speed in which you can see what products customers are buying or have stopped buying. As MD this has also enabled me to produce sales analysis for the board in minutes that used to take hours. It also gives product analysis that is very useful for promotional activity. Phocas - making sales more efficient.
What do you like best? The company I work for is in sales so I love the fact I can see who hasn't ordered for the month so I can target them. Also while with my customers I can get a full itemised report so we can replenish stock easilier. What do you dislike? I find it difficult to cross check customers items against each other. What do you like best? All the required information is at hand with an interface that is not complicated. What do you dislike? I haven't had any issues that diminishes the experience.
