My company had added the birthday box…

My company had added the birthday box but for some reason wasn't working for me, I messaged in on saturday and was told i wouldnt get a response until Monday, 40 minutes later I had a message from Emily who she advised she would contact the account manager. Monday comes around and i get an email from Emily, all is sorted and i am able to order. Big thanks to Emily!

Do not answer e mail and at the phone

do not answer e mail and at the phone I have been trying to talk to someone for the last two months, but no one answer the phone anymore, or they hang up the call. After my request to close my account by e-mail, they first asked me to give the details of the account (they have it clearly in the invoice sent by them) and then they stop replying to e-mails. Great customer service from Aaron

Yesterday night I bought a voucher to buy some school clothes for my kids. The voucher arrived promptly but there was a fault in the link and it would not open. I contacted the customer service straight away and I have to say what a positive experience. Aaron not only helped me to solve the issue but also was exceptionally kind! I wish every customer service had workers like him. Well done

Excellent service from perkbox

Excellent service from perkbox, I needed Wickes voucher cards, but due to COVID they were not being issued, I rang and talked to Aaron, he confirmed tat they would be starting again , in next few days, and he would email and tell me when. A few days later I got the email, ordered cards and he ensured a speedy top up of them, can't fault anything 5*

Do not reply to emails or answer the phone

Having used Perkbox for a couple of years the service generally has been fine. However, earlier this year we closed our company down and cancelled all direct debits. At renewal they emailed for payment, I replied to explain we no longer needed the service. I also called them, followed their advice and emailed customer service. Excellent customer service!

Have used Perkbox for a year now and very impressed at the range and amount of discounts. I don’t buy anything now without checking Perkbox first. I recently had an issue with Obtaining a refund from a major DIY store Who wrongly claimed I should be refunded by Perkbox. An email to customer services was quickly responded to by Aaron Strickland who gave a very professional, speedy yet fun response and followed up afterwards to check for satisfaction. Brilliant customer service from Aaron!

Just had a fabulous experience with Perkbox! I had a problem where I had a large value of vouchers with Curry's (that I bought through Perkbox) which I couldn't then use because of Curry's own website error, and their appalling customer 'service' team refused to assist me. I phoned Perkbox to see if they could help me, and got through to Aaron Strickland. So I wanted to try this out for my employees, I only have two and so one admin and two user accounts. Easy right no. From the start they push for three users and get you locked in for a year subscription. I managed to get the terms agreed at Two users at the start. Done waiting for accounts to go live.
