Not t impressed…

I am not impressed at all with perkbox and think it is overrated and not worth the effort. The birthday boxes are rubbish if and when they turn up. My one arrived over 6 weeks late and only because I chased it several times. Would not recommend.

Very Impressive

My experience with Perkbox was a very positive one. I received a quick response from an operator notifying me that there would be someone to provide me with assistance the next day (I e-mailed on a Sunday). This was indeed the case and Aaron was very friendly and he remedied my issue. I actually took a few days to check my e-mails but Aaron had even sent me another e-mail in the meantime to see if I still required assistance which I was very impressed with.

Wonderful customer service!

I really have no bad things to say about Perkbox. The company I work for has been using them for a few years now, and on the rare occasion I have a problem or a question, their customer service is second to none. Their staff are responsive, friendly, and knowledgable - everything I need as a customer. My most recent experience was with Aaron Strickland and he embodies all the above qualities! I feel Perkbox just go above and beyond to help you. Their perks are great, and the app is decent too.

Easy from start to finish!

Much like my own business' slogan, the demo, sales process, implementation and launch was just easy and no bull! Nathan was particularly helpful and managed to answer all my questions! Would recommend 100%

Excellent customer service!

The customer service with Perkbox has been amazing. I had an issue with having a voucher issued from my work but to the account with my maiden name. Aaron Strickland from perkbox was extremely helpful and continued to help me and check in regularly to see if the situation had been solved. Really happy with the service and Aaron definitely went above and beyond to solve the problem - thank you!

A* customer support

The perks are fab, but even more so the staff. I had a problem with a perk code not working for a second purchase of the item, despite no limit on the number of times I could use it. Got in touch with customer support and was put through to Aaron within a few minutes, who was super helpful, clear and friendly. Problem ended up getting resolved on the product manufacturer's side, but A* help, even during the coronavirus!
