Perkbox should be ASHAMED OF…
Perkbox should be ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES!! Awful experience. The way they treated our company during this pandemic was disgraceful. While everybody else did what the could to help PerkBox threatened us with legal action and CCJ's!!! The only option they offer is extending your contract and forcing you into a much longer contract - no help at all. Read other reviews and it appears they have done the same with others!! Disgusting attitude towards their customer during this extremely difficult time.

a company who will take your money and then not care
Perkbox has recently changed their aims and is now "focus on employee wellbeing .. this is an emerging trend in the market .... Wellbeing related services have become an increasingly important element of employers offerings which I'm sure was a key reason for your adoption of our Medical product" We have never change what we wanted to provide to staff and didn't take up any medical products. we provide our staff wellbeing products through alternative methods and use Perkbox to provide ...

Dreadful experience during the last few…
Dreadful experience during the last few months. We are a small business facing a financial crisis, we have had to cancel several contracts with different services that we have been using up until this point and so far these have all been understanding of the situation. When we came to cancel our contract with Perk box we had all the red tape and jargon thrown at us they could think of. Appalling behaviour and lack of understanding during covid pandemic! We lost half of our staff and they still want us to pay after cancelling. No empathy, greedy company !

Terrible experience
Horrible company. I work for a family run business, through the lockdown and COVID-19 restrictions we have worked tirelessly to keep out business running. Unfortunately, this has to lead to us downsizing and having to cancel several services we had rolling contracts with to save as many members of staff as possible. Every company we have done this with has been understanding. However, perk box have refused to allow us to terminate our contract as we are 48 hours over the limit to do this. ...

Needed to get some help regarding an…
Needed to get some help regarding an iPhone I wanted to purchase through Perkbox. Got through to Emily - a wonderful and helpful assistant Who was patient and spoke me through the whole process and waited patiently as I went through the steps. Would highly recommend giving Perkbox a call if you get stuck or need help. Thanks Emily for making my experience a great one and for the great delivery of customer satisfaction.

My company had added the birthday box…
My company had added the birthday box but for some reason wasn't working for me, I messaged in on saturday and was told i wouldnt get a response until Monday, 40 minutes later I had a message from Emily who she advised she would contact the account manager. Monday comes around and i get an email from Emily, all is sorted and i am able to order.Big thanks to Emily!
